Express Employment Professionals is looking for a welder for a local company in Cape Girardeau, MO.

What You’ll Do

• Fuse metal parts using various welding techniques (MIG & TIG)
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with precision
• Set up welding equipment and select proper materials for each job
• Inspect welds to ensure strength, safety, and clean finishes
• Repair, maintain, and fabricate metal components and structures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Work on projects ranging from small custom jobs to large-scale production

What You Bring

• Hands-on welding experience (certifications are a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
• Knowledge of welding safety standards and procedures
• A solid work ethic and pride in producing high-quality work

Qualifications

• Experience with steel, aluminum and/or stainless steel required
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding HIGHLY PREFERRED

Pay: $17/hr-$20/hr

Schedule: M-F, dayshift.
