About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established manufacturer in Southern Oregon, is seeking a skilled Assembler II to join their production team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, following technical plans, and being part of a team that builds high-quality, tangible products.

Position Overview
The Assembler II is responsible for constructing and finishing modular units using a variety of hand and power tools. This role requires the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, measure accurately, and perform detailed assembly work with consistency and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow engineering drawings and specifications
• Accurately measure materials using a tape measure
• Apply adhesives and laminate materials to required surfaces
• Assemble components by screwing or riveting steel exterior panels to frames
• Apply caulking to seams and ensure proper sealing
• Prepare finished units for shipment
• Operate tools including power drivers, handheld shears, pneumatic drills, and riveters
• Assist with other production tasks as needed

• Measurements and assembly meet quality standards
• Safety protocols are consistently followed
• Strong teamwork and willingness to support other departments

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or engineering drawings
• Comfortable using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools
• Experience with adhesives, laminates, or metal panel installation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
