🏗️ What You’ll Do

• Assist with site preparation, including digging, grading, and material handling
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Support skilled trades (carpenters, equipment operators, etc.) as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

• Previous construction or labor experience is a plus (but not required)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding work
