Job Title: Service Schedule Coordinator

Full Time: 40 hours a week - potential for OT on Saturdays

Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m

 

Job Summary:
The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating service calls, ensuring technicians are dispatched efficiently, and supporting daily service operations. This role involves communicating with customers, organizing work orders, and helping ensure jobs are completed on time and accurately documented.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians throughout the day
  • Answer customer calls and schedule service appointments
  • Communicate updates to customers and internal teams
  • Adjust schedules to handle urgent or high-priority requests
  • Ensure work orders are accurate and completed properly
  • Coordinate with technicians to gather necessary job details
  • Review and organize completed work orders and documentation
  • Verify technician time entries and job assignments
  • Support improvements to scheduling and workflow processes

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous scheduling, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with scheduling software is a plus

Work Environment:

  • Primarily desk-based work using a computer
  • May require occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs)
