Night Shift Machine Operator (Cup Forming) – 7pm-7am | 12 Hour Shifts | $19.74/hr | Weekly Pay | De Soto, KS

We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator who is comfortable with 12-hour night shifts and wants steady nighttime hours in a food manufacturing environment. This role involves operating cup forming machinery, performing quality checks, and keeping up with production demands.

Schedule & Pay:
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
• 2 weekdays per week + every other weekend
• $19.74 per hour
• Paid weekly

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor cup forming machinery
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Keep raw materials stocked and accurately record production data
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance
• Pack finished product and maintain a clean work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend
• Comfortable standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Experience with machine operation or manufacturing is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
• Must be able to twist, bend, squat, and reach as needed
