Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Lead Solderer openings in Stacy, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail‑oriented, quality‑driven, and experienced in electronic assembly and soldering leadership.

Hourly Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Stacy, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and lead through-hole and surface-mount soldering operations following IPC standards

• Train, guide, and support soldering and assembly team members to ensure quality and efficiency

• Inspect solder joints, components, and assemblies for accuracy and compliance

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly documentation

• Maintain workflow, prioritize tasks, and ensure production goals are met

• Assist with rework, troubleshooting, and quality corrections as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of soldering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment

• Prior lead or mentoring experience strongly preferred

• Ability to solder to IPC‑A‑610 standards (certification a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions

• Good communication skills and ability to support team members

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently when needed
