Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead for a well‑established manufacturing and distribution facility in Circle Pines, MN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, improving warehouse flow, and ensuring accurate, efficient movement of materials throughout the facility.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour

Schedule: Mon–Thur 6:00am–3:30pm & Fri 6:00am–12:00pm

Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, material handling, staging, and inventory movement

• Coordinate workflow to ensure timely delivery of materials to production areas

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and discrepancy resolution

• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently

• Train and support warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and proper documentation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience, including leadership or lead responsibilities

• Strong understanding of material flow, inventory control, and warehouse best practices

• Forklift experience required; certification preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Comfortable using basic computer systems for inventory and documentation

• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to lead by example
