Graphic Designer

Salary: $25.00 to $30.00/hour

Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking a Graphic Designer for a commercial printing company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, evaluation hire opportunity starting at $25.00 to $30.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare print-ready artwork for signage and graphics
• Rebuild and optimize customer-supplied artwork for production
• Manage prepress setup including bleeds, scaling, fonts, and color
• Operate print and cut equipment (printers and vinyl plotters)
• Prepare files for CNC routing and laser cutting
• Support light hands-on production and finishing as needed

 

Requirements

• At least one year of graphic design experience
• Willingness to perform both design and hands-on production work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop/InDesign a plus)
• Understanding of print production and file prep standards
• Highly organized with disciplined file management
• Ability to juggle multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
