Salary: $50,000 (Base + Commission)

We are currently looking for an experienced, and motivated Business Development Manager who is looking to work for a well established healthcare company in Bridgewater, NJ! If you are looking to continue your career in business development, and sales, while earning a great paycheck, this is the role for you!

 

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday
  • 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

 

Compensation

  • $50,000/yr base + commission 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and pursue new client and referral opportunities through cold calling, networking, and community involvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior centers, physicians, and discharge planners
  • Educate referral partners and potential clients about services offered by the agency
  • Conduct in-home consultations and assist in onboarding new clients
  • Collaborate with the agency team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Track and report sales activities and results using CRM tools/excel
  • Participate in community events, expos, and marketing campaigns to promote agency visibility
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals as set by leadership

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (home care or healthcare industry preferred)     
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of the local market and referral sources a plus
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the service area
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
