Machine Operator 2nd Shift

Located in Pharr, TX

Salary: $11.50 per hour

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment used to manufacture toilet-cleaning sponges for Klorox. This role ensures machines run efficiently, products meet quality standards, and all safety procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sponge-production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines

• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed

• Load raw materials and remove finished products from the production line

• Inspect sponges for quality, defects, and consistency

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Perform routine equipment checks and report mechanical issues promptly

• Follow all company, safety, and quality standards

• Meet production goals while minimizing waste and downtime

Shift Schedule:

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Rotating schedule:

  • One week working 3 days MON,WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.

  • The following week working 4 days MON,TUESDAY,SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
