Salary: $40,000 + Incentives

We’re hiring an experienced Staffing Recruiter to join our team to support fast-paced, high-volume client accounts. This role requires speed, organization, and persistence while maintaining quality placements and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume accounts
• Source candidates daily using job boards, ATS database, referrals, and outreach
• Conduct high-volume phone screens and interviews
• Quickly evaluate candidates for reliability, availability, and role fit
• Present qualified candidates to prospective clients with confidence and accuracy
• Support urgent fill requests, call-offs, and last-minute needs
• Client and account support
• Track activity and placements in ATS/CRM systems
• Meet daily and weekly recruiting KPIs
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and client requirements
• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience. Agency preferred.
• Strong communication and candidate presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
• Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting sources
• Ability to prioritize urgent requests and changing demands
• Comfortable working toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Light industrial, warehouse, clerical, or entry-level staffing experience
