We are seeking a full-time Staffing Recruiter to join our team on-site in Clermont, FL.

The Staffing Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and matching candidates to client job openings. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with clients and candidates, managing the placement process, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. This role emphasizes fostering professional connections and ensuring successful staffing solutions for clients and job seekers alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruiting (internal or staffing). Agency preferred. 
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and clients
• Proficiency in identifying, hiring, and placing candidates in roles that align with client needs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with employment laws and staffing industry best practices is a plus
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of maintaining organized candidate and client records
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions
• Ability to prioritize urgent requests and changing demands
• Comfortable working toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Light industrial, warehouse, clerical, or entry-level staffing experience
