Job Title: Forklift Driver / Material Handler
Location: McAllen, TX
Pay Rate: $12.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

 

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join a manufacturing facility in McAllen, TX. This position plays a critical role in ensuring production efficiency by delivering oils, coolant, and materials to the appropriate machines while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Distribute oils and coolant to machines across the production floor.

• Perform heavy lifting, cleaning of oil/coolant spills, and consistent walking to complete deliveries.

• Kit, pick, issue, and deliver all materials to production areas following established procedures.

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Conduct inventory counts and verify stock levels.

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas while following all safety guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.

• Forklift operation skills required.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with frequent walking and lifting.

• Basic computer skills; ability to use RF scanners.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
