About the Role
Express Employment Professionals Guelph is hiring on behalf of a local pool company for a seasonal Pool & Landscape Labourer. This is a hands-on role supporting yard work, pool openings, and general landscaping cleanup.

You will report to the company location daily and drive a crew truck to job sites with your team—this is not an independent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with pool openings and seasonal setup
• Perform yard work and landscaping cleanup
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Drive company truck (and trailer, if applicable) to client sites
• Support crew with general labour tasks (up to 10-hour days)

Requirements

• Valid G License with a clean driver’s abstract (minor infractions may be considered)
• Must be 25+ years old (insurance requirement)
• Proven experience operating a truck and trailer
• Ability to provide a letter from a previous employer confirming driving experience with similar vehicles
• Previous landscaping and/or heavy manual labour experience required
• Comfortable with physically demanding work and long shifts
• Reliable and team-oriented
