• Data Entry: Accuracy and WPM (Words Per Hour) metrics. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Prepare weekly inventory orders to vendors
2. Direct and oversee cycle counts
3. Monitor inventory levels, including minimum, maximum, and safety stocks, and make inventory adjustment recommendations to management.
4. Track supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of products meeting specified requirements.
5. Maintain records of supplier meetings to monitor compliance with company standards.
6. Balance the material demand/supply and minimize stockout risk by analyzing the current inventory, forecasting the future needs, and scheduling the suppliers' shipments accordingly
7. Offer solutions to help the company better manage costs on supplies and vendor services.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1-2 years of related experience.
3. Previous ordering and inventory control experience with large number of SKUs is preferred.
