Job Title: CDL A Driver

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and flexible CDL A Driver to support both plant operations and transportation needs. This role combines driving responsibilities with hands-on warehouse support and requires a team-oriented individual who is willing to assist wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load bulk product into truck tankers safely and efficiently
• Transport tankers for cleaning and sanitation
• Pick up and deliver equipment for maintenance and repair
• Deliver packaged product using a dry van trailer with a day cab tractor
• Transport bulk product using a bulk tanker trailer with a day cab tractor
• Assist with general warehouse operations, including operating a forklift
• Support team members and operations as needed across departments

Equipment & Driving Details:

• Operate a 2016 Freightliner day cab when performing bulk deliveries
• Operate a 2025 Freightliner day cab when completing packaged deliveries
• Comfortable with extended wait times during bulk loading/unloading (approximately 2 hours for loading and 2 hours for unloading plastic tankers)

Work Schedule & Pay:

• First Shift Position
• Pay Range: $24–$28/hour (based on experience)
• Hours vary based on job duties:
  • Plant/warehouse days: approximately 8 hours
  • Driving days: up to 12 hours

Qualifications:

• Valid DOT certification required
• Clean CDL MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Experience operating forklifts or willingness to assist in warehouse operations
• Comfortable working in both driving and warehouse environments
• Strong work ethic and flexibility to adapt to changing daily tasks
• Must be a team player with a willingness to help where needed
