We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction and demolition projects from bidding through completion. This role is responsible for planning, budgeting, execution, and documentation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business development efforts.

 

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from bidding through closeout, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Review scopes, take-offs, and proposals to ensure accuracy and profitability
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Serve as the main point of contact for contractors and stakeholders
• Manage contracts, change orders, billing, and job costs
• Approve invoices and assist with contract collection
• Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and reports
• Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality and budget standards are met
• Perform cost-benefit analyses of current and prospective clients
• Support sales efforts and help secure new business
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for future opportunities
• Lead team members to meet productivity, quality, and company goals

 

Project Manager Requirements:

• Project management experience in construction and/or demolition
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of contracts, change orders, and project financials
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
