Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM

 

A leading construction material company in North Charleston is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Clerk to join our team. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to contribute to daily operations and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service by assisting clients with product inquiries, order placements, and dispatching issues.
• Process payments and create accurate sales quotes.
• Handle inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
• Resolve dispatching concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and transactions professionally and courteously.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in inventory and sales systems.
• Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility and a proactive mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
