Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Building / Property Maintenance Technician for a local property management company. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, or facilities maintenance who have hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform painting and drywall repair
• Install and repair vinyl flooring
• Complete plumbing repairs and installations
• Repair siding on mobile homes
• Repair and install faucets and toilets
• Conduct preventative maintenance on properties and equipment
• Perform minor electrical repairs
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records
• Conduct property inspections
• Prepare vacant units (turnovers) for new tenants

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience (property maintenance, building maintenance, or facilities maintenance preferred)
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Valid driver’s license required
