Position: Local CDL-A Driver
Location: Ontario, OR
Pay: $22.00 - $26/hr.
Schedule: Rotating days off

Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Local CDL-A Driver for a client in the Ontario, OR area. This position offers consistent local routes, competitive pay, and access to benefits starting on day one.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Accurately record cargo details, including type and amount delivered
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the truck and equipment
Fuel, clean, and maintain vehicle regularly
Follow all safety regulations and company policies
Perform light manual labor as needed

Qualifications:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL); endorsements not required
Prior over-the-road (OTR) driving experience preferred
Ability to perform minor physical tasks related to manual labor
Strong attention to safety and operational procedures

Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Dependable, motivated, and responsible
Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
