Our client company in Wicomico County, MD is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician.

 

This position will require skills in basic building maintenance - such as carpentry, plumbing, and light electrical repair. Duties include touching up paint, helping hang light fixtures, changing bulbs, use of hand tools, etc. The chosen candidate will need to be personable and presentable because they are interacting with tenants, including commercial/ business clients.
