Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

 

Job Overview

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative in Fordyce, AR, to assist customers, process orders, and maintain accurate records. This role requires strong customer relationship management skills to support customers, sales representatives, and field service employees.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Teams.
• Process orders and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Investigate billing concerns and manage credit memos.
• Provide updates to customers on orders and changes.
• Support problem-solving efforts and process improvements.
• Generate and review customer reports.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook for daily tasks.

 

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.

Experience:

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related field.
• ERP system experience is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
