Mechanic - Assembler

Located in Medley, FL

We are hiring for a manufacturing company seeking mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with their hands and building equipment.

This is a hands-on role in a shop environment, not a general warehouse position.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble metal components and structural equipment
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools daily
• Assist with basic fabrication and modification of parts
• Follow build instructions and work with a team on production
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical aptitude is REQUIRED
• Experience in any of the following is a plus:
• Welding
• Auto mechanics
• Construction
• Machine shop work
• Equipment repair
• Comfortable using tools daily
• Reliable and ready to work

Compensation:

• Pay is flexible based on experience
• Entry-level candidates with hands-on experience are encouraged to apply
• Higher pay available for welding or fabrication experience

Important:
This role requires hands-on mechanical work. Backgrounds primarily in retail, restaurant, or office settings will not be a fit.
