Location: Alexandria, LA
Pay: $14/hour to start
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are currently hiring a Make Ready Technician for a local apartment complex in Alexandria. This position focuses on preparing units for new residents and maintaining a clean, move-in-ready environment.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing apartments for new tenants
• Basic maintenance, cleaning, and repairs
• Painting, minor fixes, and general upkeep
• Assisting with overall property appearance
