Job Title: Janitorial & Maintenance Worker
Location: Menomonie, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour
Occasional Weekend Hours: Snow removal as needed

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual to help keep facilities and grounds clean, safe, and running smoothly year-round. This is a hands-on position with a variety of tasks, so no two days look exactly the same!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom cleaning

• Performing light maintenance and basic repair tasks

• Changing light bulbs and using basic hand tools

• Removing snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months

• Assisting with lawn care, trimming, and general groundskeeping in warmer seasons

• Emptying trash and recycling bins

• Restocking cleaning and maintenance supplies

• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous janitorial, maintenance, or groundskeeping experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance equipment

• Ability to work independently and stay on task

• Reliable attendance and transportation

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
