• Set up and operate cannelure/rolling machines for fastener production
• Select and install proper tooling, dies, and rollers based on job requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specs
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for quality and efficiency
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure tolerances are met
• Perform routine quality checks and document results
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate as needed
• Maintain production counts and downtime records
• Assist with changeovers and basic preventative maintenance
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to read measurements and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment
