General Labor – Warehouse

Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and motivated General Laborer to support daily warehouse operations. This is a hands‑on role requiring physical effort, organization, and the ability to follow directions while also working independently.

Job Responsibilities

• Move and sort materials throughout the warehouse
• Assist with inventory and material organization
• Re‑stack siding, palletize products, and maintain orderly storage areas
• Load and unload trucks
• Pick orders using a pick sheet and load materials for customers
• Handle and move siding and roofing materials
• Perform daily cleanup duties
• Bring order to the warehouse by organizing and cleaning as you go

Physical Requirements

• Ability to maneuver up to 80 lbs onto pallets
• Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, squatting
• Standing and working on a concrete surface
• Repetitive material handling throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English
• Comfortable working without constant supervision
• Detail‑oriented and safety‑conscious
