Salary: $18hr - $22hr DOE

Position Overview

The Equipment Technician handles the installation, service, and repair of specialized equipment, while also supporting construction and renovation projects as needed. This role works closely with the Production Manager and team to keep projects running smoothly and up to standard.

What You’ll Do

• Equipment Installation: Install a variety of equipment such as stair lifts, platform lifts, door operators, transfer systems, and other accessibility-related products
• Equipment Service: Troubleshoot, service, and repair installed equipment
• Renovation Work: Assist with home modifications and repairs, including carpentry, drywall, tile, flooring, and painting
• Operations Support: Help keep projects on track by supporting team members and subcontractors with labor and logistics
• Training & Oversight: Assist with training and guiding team members to ensure work is completed correctly and on time
• Safety: Follow and help enforce proper safety practices on job sites
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards for workmanship, efficiency, and overall job site performance

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on or mechanical experience preferred (construction or equipment installation a plus)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Basic tool knowledge (or eagerness to learn)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Valid driver’s license preferred
