Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist (Order & Return) to join our client's team. This role is responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, monitoring inventory, and supporting overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, negotiation experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to ensure adequate supply.

· Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity.

· Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier databases.

· Track shipments, handle logistics coordination, and resolve delivery issues.

· Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations.

· Review and follow up the Back orders for the customer’s order

· Maintain the returns process from the customer and the Inventory management.

· Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

· Support general operations functions as needed to optimize efficiency.

 

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of Proven experience in purchasing, supply chain, or operations.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.

· Knowledge of dental related items is a plus (implants, abutment, fixtures, surgical kits)

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
