Express is looking for a reliable Front Office Coordinator for one of our great Valdosta clients

 JOB DESCRIPTION: The ideal candidate will be someone who has the ability to multi task in a faced paced environment. A front office coordinator manages the reception area and serves as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth daily operations by greeting visitors, handling phone calls, managing mail, and providing administrative support. They maintain office security, organize files, manage inventory, schedule appointments, and maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors and applicants in a positive, professional manner
  • Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Administer skills evaluations and assist candidates with onboarding steps
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the staffing team as needed

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-3pm

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of face-to-face customer service experience AND
  • 1+ years of office or business environment experience
  • Experience operating a multi-line phone system
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Outlook, calendar management)
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Organized, process-driven work style
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
  • Comfortable working in both quiet and high-traffic environments.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
