Warehouse Worker - Mover Position

Located in Clarksville, TN

Salary: $15 / hour

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable, energetic, and efficient Movers with a local Moving Company. This position will pay $15.00 per hour, and the hours are M-F from 7:30 A.M.-5:00 P.M.  Overtime will be required for certain jobs.  All hours over 40 per week are paid on an overtime basis. Also can earn cash bonuses during the busy season from loading Operators' trucks.

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading furniture, boxes, and household goods onto and off of moving trucks

• Safely wrap, pad and secure furniture to prevent damage during transport

• Assist with in-house deliveries and placement of furniture at customer locations

• Organize and stage items in the warehouse as needed

• Maintain cleanliness

• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs.
• Eligible to get on military post when needed
• Able to bend, lift, walk, carry, push and climb stairs 
• Able to lift and move furniture of all sizes repetitively
• Able to work overtime when required
• Must demonstrate good communication skills and teamwork
