Customer Service Representative

Located in Pittsburg, CA

Salary: $20/hr

Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting a Customer Service Representative for one of our esteemed clients in Pittsburg, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor while interacting with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Key responsibilities include answering phones, taking messages, processing orders, conducting physical and virtual inventory checks, quoting prices and availability, and continually striving to enhance your knowledge and skills to provide the highest level of service to our customers.

 

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical, sales, math, and business acumen
• Preferred experience in plumbing, mechanical, or pump industries
• Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and become self-directed
• Sales and marketing skills for effective relationship building
• Demonstrated integrity and a strong work ethic
• Solid math and business skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus

Additional Requirements:

• Plumbing/mechanical/pump experience preferred
• Computer proficiency required in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Capability to become self-directed
• Sales and marketing skills
• Integrity and a strong work ethic
• Good math and business skills
• Clear and professional communication in English
• Spanish as a second language is welcomed

Job Snapshot:

• Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Compensation: $20 per hour to start
