Job Title: Graphic Production & Customer Service Specialist (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Location: Woodbury, MN
Pay: $18–$23 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday - 8am-4:30pm

Job Summary
 Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Graphic Production & Customer Service Specialist This role combines graphic design, production support, and customer service. The ideal candidate has experience with design software, enjoys working in a hands-on environment, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare artwork for production using Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW
• Develop product mockups for customer approval
• Assist with order processing, scheduling, and job setup
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the order process
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product accuracy and consistency
• Package finished products and prepare orders for delivery or shipment
• Assist with production tasks such as heat pressing and laser engraving

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW required
• Familiarity with Wilcom Embroidery Software is a plus (training available)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, “can-do” attitude
• Professional demeanor and reliability
