Now Hiring – Seasonal Production Workers (Vancouver, WA)

Express Employment Professionals is actively hiring for a Vancouver-based client! This is a full-time, seasonal 6-month contract with an opportunity to earn overtime during the busy summer harvest season—perfect if you’re looking to boost your income.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build their resume. No experience required—we provide training! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced production and packaging environment, we want to hear from you. Please note: this position is in a cold warehouse environment working with frozen berries.

Position Details

Schedule:
5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• 3 days on / 3 days off
• Then 4 days on / 4 days off

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning production machines
• Emptying drain baskets
• Taking trash to designated trash areas
• Keeping production floors clean and washing floors as needed
• Removing broken pallets and taking them outside
• Foaming drains as needed (training provided)
• Palletizing product
• Working on the packaging line

Requirements & Expectations

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Comfortable working in a cold environment
• Ability to lift 35–50 pounds
• Non-slip shoes required (floors can become very wet)
