A great company in the Ola area is looking for Cannelures & Header Operators for a fastener manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical experience who enjoys working in a hands-on production environment.

Schedule: Friday - Sunday 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Job Duties:
  • Set up and operate header and cannelure machines to produce fasteners
  • Adjust dies, punches, and machine settings to meet specifications
  • Read and follow blueprints and work orders
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers
  • Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean

Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
  • Experience with header machines or metal forming equipment is a plus
  • Ability to read measurements and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment
