Afterhours Healthcare Provider Support Specialist
Location: NW OKC 
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Schedule will include evenings, nights, and weekends

We are seeking a reliable and professional individual to support our afterhours healthcare provider line. This role will primarily cover weekend shifts, with the potential for additional hours as needs grow.

Position Overview:
The Afterhours Support Specialist will handle inbound calls from healthcare clients and providers, ensuring timely and accurate message-taking and communication. This role plays a key part in supporting ongoing healthcare operations outside of standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage inbound calls from healthcare clients and providers
• Accurately document and relay messages to appropriate parties
• Provide professional, courteous communication at all times
• Support urgent and time-sensitive requests as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working evenings, nights, and weekend shifts
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
