A Senior Homeowners Association (HOA) in Escondido is seeking a temporary Administrative Data Entry Assistant to support a short-term project transitioning records from paper files to a digital system. This role involves high-volume data entry, organization of records, and creation/maintenance of digital files and spreadsheets.

About the Role:
This is a short-term opportunity ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and experienced in data entry and Excel. You will play a key role in helping modernize and organize important HOA records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert and input paper-based records into a digital filing system.
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Organize, sort, and maintain electronic documents.
  • Create and update spreadsheets and basic charts using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout the digitization process.
  • Support general administrative tasks related to file management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel (including creating charts and organizing data).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Prior administrative or office support experience preferred.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
