Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Waukegan IL
Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
Direct Hire, $16.07/Hour
Summary: Responsible for performing a variety of assembly and production tasks, including reading work orders, measuring and cutting materials, operating hand and power tools, and recording production data. Ensures quality standards are met and maintains a clean, safe work area.
Key Responsibilities:

Read work orders to determine materials, size, and specifications.

Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand or power tools.

Operate production equipment as needed.

Inspect completed work for quality.

Record production information.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Qualifications:

No experience required; 1–2 years of light industrial experience preferred.

Ability to read and write instructions and communicate effectively.

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Ability to work with measurements (weight, volume, distance).
