Job Overview:
Express is seeking enthusiastic and reliable associates to join a large, fast-paced facility in Windsor as Forklift Operators. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a team environment and are committed to safety, efficiency, and maintaining a clean workspace.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load and unload tractor-trailer trucks safely and efficiently
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
• Stage and organize loads for distribution
• Process bills of lading and shipping manifests accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience is a plus, but not required (training may be provided)
• Ability to work a 2x2x rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass a background check

 

Shift - 6pm-6am (Rotating Schedule)

Pay - $18.90/hour
