Salary: $45,000 to $52,000

Our client, an industrial company located near Hawthorne Road and Walkley Road, is currently looking for a friendly and dedicated Bilingual Sales Administration Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate is fluently bilingual (English/French), has strong customer service skills, and wants to join an established company with a loyal and regular customer base.

***Please note this is not a work-from-home position.***

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Must be fluently bilingual (English / French)
  • 1 year of administrative support experience is required
  • 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Previous experience in the construction, kitchen cabinet, and/or commercial millwork industry considered an asset
  • Experience with CRM software considered an asset
  • Basic experience with MS Excel
  • High School diploma required
  • Team player mentality

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing customer service and support to allocated group of dedicated client accounts (50/50 – English/French)
  • Reconciling and matching delivery manifests and Pos to customer invoices
  • Entering customer orders into the company’s system
  • Occasionally purchasing special orders from suppliers
  • Entering data into CRM and MS Excel spreadsheets
  • Following up on outstanding quotes with clients
  • Other general administrative tasks as required (filing, scanning, sorting paperwork, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $52,000 ($22.00 to $25.00 per hour) based on experience.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm
