Dealer Support Team Member-Nacogdoches, Tx
Will be acting as the main point of contact for dealers, answering questions, resolving issues and maintaining strong work relationships. Must be able to process and track dealers orders, provide up-to-date information, specs, pricing, promotions and availability. Must also be able to troubleshoot order discrepancies, shipping delays, warrant claims, and product concerns and other duties assigned by supervisor. High school diploma/GED required.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
