Duties:

 

• Assist customers over the phone regarding their accounts
• Manage account changes as needed
• Handle payment collection as necessary
• other clerical duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

• Meet Background and Drug Screen requirements
• at least 6 months of previous CSR/Clerical experience preferred
