1st Shift + Lots of Overtime

$22-$25 Per Hour

A family-owned and operated machine shop in Springfield, OH needs a first-shift CNC Machinist. The employer is a small, stable company known for competitive pay and low turnover.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC mills or lathes
• Work with machine precision parts with tight tolerances
• Perform change-overs in a shift as needed

Skills & Experience:

• 3 or more years in a machining environment
• At least 1 year of doing your own setups
• Proficient with conversational controls OR experienced with Fanuc and willing to learn
• Ability to do own setups
• Strong math and analytical abilities
• Job shop background preferred
