This is a key role in a fast-paced environment, helping drive project success through accurate, competitive bidding. Job Highlights:

• Prepare detailed, competitive bids for structural steel projects
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope requirements
• Utilize Tekla/PowerFab software for estimating and bid preparation
• Collaborate with project managers for bid reviews and handoffs
• Manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Support efforts to win work and grow project pipeline

What We Look For:

• Experience estimating structural steel and miscellaneous metals
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
• Strong computer skills (Tekla/PowerFab experience preferred)
• Knowledge of AISC and AWS standards
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
