Salary: $19/hr + $2/hr shift diff

Production Assistant– 3rd Shift
Base Pay: $19/hr + $2.00/hr shift differential
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Occasional Saturdays)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Production Assistant to support daily operations in our client’s plastic blow molding facility. This role assists machine operators, ensures product quality, and helps maintain a safe and efficient production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and operation
• Inspect finished products for quality defects
• Trim, pack, label, and palletize products
• Supply materials to production lines
• Maintain accurate production records
• Keep work areas clean and follow safety procedures

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime
