We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage full-cycle hiring across industrial, skilled trades, technical, and office roles. This position supports high-volume and specialized recruiting within fast-paced environments and requires strong pipeline development and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 8–10 open requisitions at a time across industrial, technical, and non-technical roles
- Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, including partnerships with trade schools, vocational programs, and colleges
- Actively represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach programs
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search, social media, TextRecruit, Handshake and Evenbrite.
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline activity) using ATS/CRM tools
- Partner with clients and hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in industrial, skilled trades, technical, or high-volume environments
- Experience recruiting within one or more industries such as manufacturing, semiconductor, food production, logistics/warehousing, construction, or similar.
- Proven experience building candidate pipelines and working with trade schools, colleges, and workforce programs (required)
- Experience participating in or organizing job fairs and hiring events
- Strong sourcing, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Avionté), preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree a plus
- This is a fully onsite position; remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.
- Pay Rate - $28 -$32+ Commission.
