Warehouse Associate

Location: Bastrop, TX
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Shift Differential: 15% for night shifts
Schedule: Full‑Time | Overtime Required

Job Summary

We are hiring Warehouse Associates for a client in Bastrop, TX. This role supports warehouse, shipping, and inventory operations. Candidates should have warehouse experience, be safety‑focused, and be comfortable working overtime in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment
• Perform shipping and receiving functions
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Track and manage inventory accurately
• Use ERP or warehouse management systems
• Maintain safety, organization, and productivity standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience
• Forklift experience required
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Experience with inventory control and ERP systems
• Fewer than 4 jobs in the past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• Updated resume required
• Willingness to work overtime
• Texas‑based candidates preferred (relocation at own expense if outside the area)

Available Shifts

Rotating Wednesday schedule (every other Wednesday required):

• A Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Sunday – Wednesday
• B Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Sunday – Wednesday (15% differential)
• C Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Wednesday – Saturday
• D Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Wednesday – Saturday (15% differential)
