Hiring Immediately | Full‑Time Opportunity

Location: Bastrop, TX
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Shift Differential: +15% for night shifts
Schedule: Full‑Time | Overtime Required

Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Warehouse Associates for a logistics and distribution client in Bastrop, Texas. This position supports warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and forklift operation in a fast‑paced environment.

This role is ideal for safety‑focused candidates who are dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working consistent overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks accurately
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Track, manage, and maintain accurate inventory records
• Utilize ERP or warehouse management systems
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and productivity standards
• Support daily warehouse and team production goals

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience
• Forklift experience required
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Experience with inventory control and ERP/WMS systems
• Fewer than 4 jobs in the past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• Updated resume required
• Willingness to work overtime
• Texas‑based candidates preferred (relocation at own expense if outside the area)
• Strong reliability, attendance, and communication skills

Available Shifts

(Rotating Wednesday schedule – every other Wednesday required)

• A Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Sunday – Wednesday
• B Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Sunday – Wednesday (+15% differential)
• C Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Wednesday – Saturday
• D Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Wednesday – Saturday (+15% differential)
