Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for our Jamestown, NY client.
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual with basic shop floor experience to support day-to-day manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, willing to learn, and open to performing a variety of tasks throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate basic shop machinery and production equipment
- Read and accurately use a tape measure
- Assist with machine operation and general production tasks
- Perform various shop floor duties as needed based on daily workload
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Some shop floor or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Comfortable working around machines and equipment
- Willingness to learn new processes and take on different tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a physically active environment
Hours are M-F 6 am to 230 pm. Pay is $19.00 hr to start.
