Location: Newton, MA
Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Our client in Newton is hiring a Customer Service (E-Commerce) professional to support online customers and manage custom orders. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries (orders, products, shipping, returns) via phone and email
  • Manage custom and special orders from start to delivery
  • Coordinate with vendors on production, timelines, and order details
  • Track orders and provide updates or resolve delays/issues
  • Handle shipping issues and file claims when needed
  • Maintain accurate order records and documentation
  • Assist with website updates, product information, and promotions
  • Identify issues and support process improvements

Qualifications:

  • 2–4+ years of customer service, retail, or eCommerce experience
  • Experience with order management or vendor coordination preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Shopify or similar platforms is a plus
