We’re hiring Production Associates to support a fast-growing, high-volume manufacturing operation producing advanced consumer technology products. This is a hands-on role for motivated individuals who thrive in a structured, team-driven production environment and are looking for strong weekly hours and consistent overtime.

As demand continues to grow, this role plays a critical part in keeping production moving efficiently, safely, and at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of components, subassemblies, and finished products following work instructions
• Operate light equipment such as drills, presses, crimpers, and custom tooling
• Load, operate, and troubleshoot automated equipment
• Support prototype builds, testing, and process development
• Assist with equipment maintenance, calibration, and consumables inventory
• Partner with engineers and production teams on development builds
• Help improve and optimize production line stations and workflows
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
• Ensure product quality and conformance to design requirements

Pay & Schedule

• $22/hour base pay
• Night shift earns $25+/hour
• Multiple shifts available (including late afternoon and night shifts)
• 10+ hours of overtime per week expected

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of mechanical or electrical assembly experience
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, work instructions, and parts lists
• Experience in electro-mechanical, precision, or high-volume manufacturing environments
• Electrical wiring experience
• Prototype development and testing experience
• Comfortable using a PC, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing ladders
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
