Production Line Associate

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented associates to work in various areas of the production line. This role may include assisting with the mixing process, monitoring baking operations, and helping package finished products. The facility produces a variety of breads, crackers, and buns, so maintaining quality and following instructions carefully are essential to success.

Job Duties:

• Assist in the mixing process
• Monitor the baking process
• Participate in packaging finished products
• Observe each stage of the production line to ensure smooth product flow
• Help prevent stoppages, errors, or waste that could result in scrapped batches
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process

Physical Requirements:

• Most roles do not require heavy lifting
• May occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
• Some positions may allow sitting, while others require standing
• Must have the energy and mental focus to stay attentive throughout the shift

Requirements:

• High school diploma

Preferred Experience:

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Experience in a food-grade facility is a plus
